Seminole properties, especially out in the county, tend to collect small structures over the decades, and plenty of them are past their prime. We take down sheds, coops, carports, well houses and small garages, then haul off the lumber and tin so nothing is left lying around. It’s a quick way to reclaim yard space or make room for a new building. Tell us what’s there and we’ll give you a straight estimate.
Small structure jobs usually move fast. We take off the roof panels, knock down the walls and pull up the floor or skids, loading everything as we go. If there’s a concrete slab or piers, we can talk about removing those too. Rural structures sometimes come with surprises like old wiring, wasp nests or a pile of junk inside, so we look at it first and plan accordingly.
Clear out anything you want to keep before we arrive, and let us know if power runs to the building. If there are several small structures on the property, bundling them into one visit usually saves money. Pricing is based on size, materials and access, and we give you the number upfront. When we pull away, you’ll have open space for a garden, a new shop or just room to breathe.
Certain materials like asbestos, lead paint and other hazardous substances require special handling before demolition can begin. See our full list of prohibited materials or give us a call if you’re not sure about something.
