Old mobile homes are a common sight on acreage around Seminole County, and plenty of them have been sitting empty for years. We take them down completely, skirting, undercarriage and all, then haul the debris so the land is ready for a new home, a shop or just open space. Owners handle utility disconnects and permits, and we’re glad to explain what’s usually needed before we start. Every estimate is based on the unit’s size and how easy the site is to reach.
Most Seminole mobile home jobs follow the same basic rhythm. We walk the site first to check the approach, the ground and anything nearby we need to work around, like fences, trees or a well house. On demo day the crew strips the skirting, takes the structure down in sections, then pulls the frame and axles. Everything gets loaded and hauled off the property, so you aren’t left with a burn pile or a stack of tin waiting on a second trip.
Before we schedule, it helps to have the power, gas and water disconnected and any belongings you want out of the home. If the unit sits on family land and relatives are scattered, we can work with whoever holds the keys. Your estimate is based on the unit’s size, how it’s set up and how easy it is to reach, and there are no surprise add-ons once we arrive. When the job’s done, your ground is clear and ready for whatever you have planned next.
Certain materials like asbestos, lead paint and other hazardous substances require special handling before demolition can begin. See our full list of prohibited materials or give us a call if you’re not sure about something.
