Our crew and equipment handle the demolition and debris hauling.
We route debris to approved facilities and recycle materials when possible.
Some of Seminole’s older homes, especially those dating back to the oil boom years, reach a point where repairs cost more than a rebuild. We handle full and partial residential demolition, removing the structure and hauling the debris so your lot is ready for new construction. We’ll look at the house and the site first, since older materials and foundations can change the plan. Permits are usually pulled by the owner or contractor, and we’re happy to explain the steps.
Once the site visit is done and the permit is in place, we bring in the right equipment for the size of the home and the lot. The crew brings down the structure, separates materials when practical and loads everything for hauling. We finish by clearing the site so it’s ready for a new foundation or whatever comes next. Older homes can include materials that need special handling, and we’ll talk through that before the job begins.
Have utilities disconnected and any salvage items removed before demo day. If the home is on family land or part of an estate, make sure the right people have signed off. Pricing depends on the home’s size, construction type, foundation and access. We’ll lay out what’s included in your estimate so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Certain materials like asbestos, lead paint and other hazardous substances require special handling before demolition can begin. See our full list of prohibited materials or give us a call if you’re not sure about something.
