What We Can't Accept
Hazardous & Chemical Materials
Paint, chemicals, pesticides, oil, fuel and propane tanks require special disposal and can’t go in a dumpster or standard pickup.
Asbestos & Lead Paint
These materials need certified handling before removal. Give us a call and we’ll help point you in the right direction.
Tires & Batteries
Both require separate recycling programs and aren’t accepted in any of our containers or pickups.
Appliances with Refrigerant
Refrigerators, freezers and AC units need refrigerant removed by a licensed technician before disposal.
Pressurized & Fluid-Filled Containers
Propane tanks, aerosol cans and similar containers pose a safety risk and require separate handling.
Electronics
TVs, computers, monitors and other e-waste need to be recycled through a certified electronics recycler.
Protected Natural Materials
Trees, brush or land in protected or wetland areas may have restrictions on removal or clearing.
